Innate Motion’s Yasmin Kathoria: Success Tips for Women

Submitted by on May 13, 2018 – 4:55 am

Yasmin Kathoria was a director at Unilever—one of few women to hold such a title—before she joined global Innate Motion as one of two South Africa-based directors.

At Innate Motion, among other winning services, she offers thought leadership and branding-with-purpose strategies. While at Unilever, Yasmin mentored many women, who saw her as a role model who “had it all”. As a woman-power advocate, she loved to support and empower the women who came to her for advice and guidance.

For inspiration she drew on three key principles she took to heart when she read Facebook COO Sheryl Sandburg’s best-selling book ‘Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead‘. Yasmin shares this part of her story in an interview with Wanda Hennig in Durban.
