This little piggie: Chef Kayla-Ann Osborn puts pork on her new tasting menu.

She is executive chef at KZN’s top restaurant: the fine-dining 120-seater Chefs’ Table in Umhlanga. At age 23, three years ago, through a blend of determination and culinary flair, she landed the job that would have intimidated the shit out of a lesser mortal.
